Investigation underway

Investigation is underway and an expert opinion is being prepared. The Foundation for the Investigation of Communist Crimes is gathering data and creating a correspondence and cooperation network to prepare an initial assessment of crimes committed by Communist regimes and incited by Communist ideology. FICC aspires to the highest academic and research standards to provide a historical and competent overview of events in former Yugoslavia.
